Chris has spent over a dozen years in the petroleum land management and real estate industries in the Western US market, and serves as White River's President and Co-Founder. Starting his career in the booming pre-recession resort real estate market of Vail, Colorado as an assistant to a top producing broker in the Valley, Chris got a taste of the excitement of the real estate world that never really faded. Having traded Vail for Denver and shifting careers into the oil and gas industry, he has spent the last 10 years working in land management for domestic and international operators negotiating leases, easements, agreements and contracts, as well as the mapping of thousands of wellsite and infrastructure projects. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Business School’s Global Energy Management MSc. program, a licensed PMI Project Manager, licensed AAPL Certified Professional Landman and most recently - a Realtor's Land Institute Accredited Land Consultant. With the formation of White River, Chris is stepping back into the real estate world to serve his ranch land real estate clients with a brand of marketing unique to White River. Chris loves being a Colorado landowner alongside his wife and two daughters, and sharing the value of the Land with all those he has come to know over his life and career.
With over 12 years of marketing expertise spanning multiple industries, Mike is a proven marketing leader and visionary. Mike got his start in the sports and entertainment industry. After getting his MBA he helped form the sports agency Summit Sports Group. He then moved on to the Automotive industry where he helped drive industry-leading marketing efforts for the 4th largest Toyota dealership in the country. Mike is an outdoor enthusiast at heart, spending his summers in college working as a wrangler in Beaver Creek, he grew up camping and fishing and recently took up hunting. Mike has a Wife and two kids that he enjoys sharing his love for the outdoors with.
