Virtual Mapping

“We’re all pilgrims on the same journey - but some pilgrims

have better road maps.” -Nelson DeMille

About Virtual Mapping

White River Ranch Marketing is proud to offer custom virtual mapping services to the land and ranch real estate industry. Utilizing the online platform provided by MapRight and Google Earth, our landmen will create a virtual map specifically tailored for your ranchland listing. Your custom map will include the following features:

  • identify the parcel boundary

  • identify specific geographic property features

  • integrate your listing pictures and marketing videos.

The map will highlight and display your name, company and contact information to ensure potential clients will respond directly to you. Once drafted, these virtual maps can be emailed to clients, embedded and hosted on your personal listing pages, and included as a ‘virtual tour’ on real estate aggregation websites.

As the listing broker for the property, you will own the map and it’s contents for the duration of the listing, and White River will make edits and updates, free of charge! Take the hassle out of land map drafting and website maintenance, and leave these duties to your ranch marketing professionals.

Help your clients visualize and experience their next ranch, even before they step foot on the property, with custom real estate ranch mapping from White River Ranch Marketing.
